We are presently recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator for our clients in County Kerry. Our clients are a leading company in energy efficiency, building retrofitting and green building initiatives and require an office based professional to coordinate operations. You will come from an Engineering, construction or Architectural background, understand building regulations and will have the ability to present quotations to other professionals in the business. This is a full – time, permanent position based in County Kerry.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to develop accurate project scopes.
- Monitor project expenditures and adjust budgets as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and industry standards.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and prepare status reports.

Requirements:

- Relevant qualification in either design, civil engineering, construction management, engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a technical based position is highly desired.
- Proficiency in estimation software and project management tools.
- Knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations highly advantageous.
