Job Title: Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordination Specialist. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project progress aligns with plans.
  • Monitor project performance, track milestones, and report updates to senior project managers.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address queries and provide project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and risk assessments.
