Site Agent Major Urban Transport Project Location: Dublin Salary: Up to €90k We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to take ownership of site delivery on one of Dublins most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects - a €150M transport corridor upgrade that will transform how people move across the city. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining productivity and quality. Work closely with the Project Manager and Traffic Management team to coordinate works in a live urban setting. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, embedding a strong safety-first culture. Monitor programme delivery, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where required. Liaise with stakeholders, local authorities, and the public regarding site activity and progress. Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Site Agent (or Senior Engineer/Site Manager ready to step up) on civil engineering, road, or infrastructure projects.
