Speech & Language Therapist - Children's Services (Bray, Wicklow) Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 per annum (depending on experience) Location: Bray, Co. Wicklow Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: Emerald Locums are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech & Language Therapist to join a Children's Services team based in Bray, Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and families, supporting their communication and feeding needs within a supportive and multidisciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children presenting with a range of communication and feeding/swallowing (FEDS) difficulties. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals. Provide guidance, training, and support to families, caregivers, and educational staff to ensure the best outcomes for children. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and Social Workers. Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical records in line with professional and HSE standards. Participate in service development initiatives, audits, and continuous professional development. Requirements: CORU registration as a Speech & Language Therapist (essential). Recognised degree in Speech & Language Therapy. Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience working with children. Demonstrated expertise in Feeding, Eating, Drinking and Swallowing (FEDS). Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team. Benefits: Competitive salary of €70,000 - €80,000 per year. Supportive and collaborative working environment.
