FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER Our client, a respected provider of security, communications, and electronic safety systems, is seeking an experienced Field Service Security Service Engineer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering an excellent salary, van, overtime rates, and long-term stability. COMPANY: Our client delivers specialist security and communication solutions to commercial, industrial, and public-sector customers across Ireland. Their services include CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and integrated security technologies. With a strong reputation for reliability and technical expertise, they are expanding their field service division and now require a skilled engineer to support their customer base. THE ROLE: The Security Service Engineer will be responsible for: Servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on CCTV systems, access control systems, intruder alarms, and related security equipment. Responding to breakdowns and delivering high-quality technical support on customer sites. Carrying out preventative maintenance schedules and ensuring system reliability. Working independently while representing the company to the highest standard. Completing documentation, service reports, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a secure role with strong demand in the market and excellent opportunities for further technical training and progression. THE PERSON: Our client is seeking candidates who: Have prior experience working on security systems, including CCTV, access control, and especially intruder alarm systems. Hold a background in security engineering, electrical, electronic, or communications systems. Possess strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills. Are reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working alone or as part of a wider team. Hold a full, clean driving licence.
