Job description FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER | DUBLIN | PERMANENT | Our client provides full mechanical engineering solution services to a wide variety of clients across Ireland.Due to business growth, they are expanding their team and have a permanent opportunity for a qualified Plumber or Electrician to join their team as a Field Service Engineer. THE ROLE| As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for travelling throughout Dublin, Louth, Wicklow and Kildare visiting customers on site. You will ensure mechanical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.Hours of work are from 7am - Monday to Friday and company van is provided. RESPONSIBILITIES |Liaise with customers in a professional mannerInstallation and maintenance of product on site to a high and consistent standardAlways Maintain and adhere to Health & Safety requirements by adhering to health and safety regulations on both company and customer sitesResponsible for maintaining customer service logs, internal service and stock order recordsEnsure all documentation associated with each project is completedREQUIREMENTS |Qualified Plumber or Electrician with a minimum 3 - 5 years post apprenticeship experience requiredStrong understanding of mechanical systems commonly used in construction projects, such as HVAC, pumps, chillers, and pipework installations.National craft certificate in Refrigeration desirableF-gas certificate desirableValid SafepassBasic computer literacyFull clean drivers licensePrepared to travel throughout East Coast of Ireland based client visit plans during working hoursExcellent communication and customer service skills, always maintaining the company valuesWHAT'S NEXT?
