🧭 Your Opportunity: Build the Engine of Revenue Strategy and Growth

At Wayflyer, we are building the future of revenue operations, bringing together strategy, systems, and data to power growth. As Director of Revenue Strategy, Planning and Analysis, you will sit at the centre of that mission.

You will design how we plan, forecast, and invest across our global go‑to‑market organisation, ensuring every decision is data‑driven, scalable, and aligned to long‑term growth. Your work will connect strategy to execution, creating the rhythm that links our long‑term revenue plan with monthly and quarterly performance. You will bring structure, clarity, and insight to how we grow, ensuring plans and execution remain fully aligned.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys building models, uncovering patterns in data, and influencing executive decisions through clarity and storytelling. You will be the link between where we want to go and how we get there, shaping how we plan, measure, and invest to power Wayflyer’s next stage of growth.

🚀 Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team

- Lead the full Revenue and Sales Finance process, including forecasting, headcount planning, and performance analysis

- Own the frameworks that connect long‑term revenue strategy with monthly and quarterly execution

- Build strong partnerships with Finance, Data, Engineering, and Sales, becoming a trusted voice across the organisation

- Keep the business aligned by connecting the language of multiple stakeholders including Finance, Data, People and Sales to drive clear messaging and shared goals

- Create systemised reporting and forecasting processes that provide a single source of truth for commercial performance

- Lead marketing and partnership attribution, linking investment to measurable impact

- Design compensation and incentive plans that scale globally and drive performance

- Create and manage governance frameworks covering performance management, rules of engagement, and commercial compliance

- Develop segmentation and channel strategies that support sustainable growth across regions and customer types

- Present forecasts, insights, and business cases directly to the C‑suite, influencing strategic and operational decisions

- Champion a culture of clarity, accountability, and data‑driven planning across all commercial teams

🔨 What Makes You a Great Fit

- Proven experience leading Revenue Strategy, Sales Finance, or Planning and Analysis functions at scale

- Strong background in high‑growth SaaS or technology environments (fintech experience a plus)

- Hands‑on mindset, confident working directly with data in SQL and Excel as well as presenting to executivesExceptional analytical and commercial skills with the ability to create and improve models and systems that drive insight

- Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex analysis into straightforward recommendations

- Demonstrated experience building, developing, and leading high‑performing teams

- Ability to challenge and evolve existing processes in a constructive, solutions‑focused way

- Global experience across multi‑channel go‑to‑market strategies and performance management

Our headquarters operates a hybrid model. The number of in‑office days depends on your team, but the majority of teams and our SLT are typically in 3‑4 days per week, giving you valuable exposure to senior leadership.

🇬🇧 London, One Big Family

Home to around 30 employees, our brand‑new London office also runs on a hybrid model. You’ll often find our CEO working alongside the team with regular visits.

🇦🇺 Sydney, Small but Mighty

Our close‑knit Sydney office has around 20 employees and follows a flexible hybrid model, fostering strong collaboration.
