Support the induction and training of new Site Operative staff, emphasizing attitude and culture. Foster a positive work environment aligned with our company values. Collaborate with other operational departments as needed. Ensure the safety and housekeeping standards are maintained throughout operational areas. Participate as part of the in-house Emergency Response Team, including ongoing training and drills. Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional attitude and dedication to teamwork. Thorough knowledge of the companys products and processes. Extensive experience operating Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proven decision-making and time management capabilities. Familiarity with various business functions and processes. Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive mindset. Emergency Response Team Duties: Attend all assigned Emergency Response Training (ERT) sessions. Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Breathing Apparatus sets. Actively participate in Emergency Response Drills and respond to onsite incidents.
