They are now seeking a high-calibre individual to join their team in a pivotal role-with the potential to step into a leadership position in the near future. The Role: This is a multi-dimensional position that blends technical, operational, and commercial responsibilities. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, while also contributing to its long-term strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality control Carry out hands-on maintenance, servicing, and repair of food production equipment-both in-house and on customer sites Lead installation projects and provide technical support to clients Manage service contracts and ensure timely delivery of after-sales support Support and drive sales activities, including customer visits, quoting, and negotiation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Contribute to operational planning, resource management, and process improvement Work closely with the business owner to understand all aspects of the company, with a view to future leadership About You: We're looking for someone who is technically skilled, commercially aware, and operationally strong-a true all-rounder with a passion for the agri-food equipment sector.
