Global Mobility Tax Manager About the Firm A fast-growing professional services firm in Dublin is seeking a Global Mobility Tax Manager join their dynamic and progressive Global Mobility and Employment Tax practice. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise to provide strategic advice on global mobility and employment matters, ensuring best practice for their clients while delivering exceptional customer service. About the Role As Global Mobility Tax Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the global mobility tax service line; Overseeing clients compliance with immigration, tax and employment regulations, both domestically and internationally; Providing expert advice on tax, social security, and compliance matters; Managing multiple client projects across various sectors ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables; Coach, mentor and develop a team of professionals through knowledge sharing. What Were Looking For We want to speak with senior professionals who are ready to step into a leadership role and drive real change. Youll bring: Experience in Global Mobility, Employment Tax, or Expatriate Tax Advisory (ideally from a Big 4, Top 10, or specialist firm) in a similar role. Proven management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong technical knowledge with the ability to effectively share this knowledge with colleagues.
