Our Tallaght branch is one of our busiest venues, offering both in-house dining and high-volume takeaway and delivery operations. We are looking for a passionate, commercially minded Restaurant Manager to lead our takeaway division, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction and efficient operations. About the Role: As Restaurant Manager, youll take full ownership of the takeaway and delivery operation at Woodfire and Wings Tallaght. Youll lead by examplemotivating your team, maintaining high standards, and delivering results across people, product, process, and profitability. This role requires a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service and food quality. Oversee all aspects of takeaway and delivery operations, ensuring consistency, speed, and accuracy. Manage labour, stock, and cost controls to achieve profitability targets. Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest issues promptly and effectively. Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and operational standards. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members. Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and take corrective action where needed. Drive sales through innovation, promotions, and a culture of excellence. Requirements: Minimum 35 years management experience in a busy restaurant, QSR, or takeaway operation. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent knowledge of food safety and operational compliance. Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance. A hands-on manager who leads by example and thrives under pressure. Passionate about hospitality, people, and delivering consistent quality.
