The Role:

- Managing legal reporting tasks for the Client.
- Preparing meeting packs and agendas while also attending monthly client meeting with the Partner.
- Assisting with the prep and collation of briefs.
- Carrying out any legal research as needed.
- Filing proceedings in the Central Office.
- Preparing client training material for case management system.
- Providing general legal support within the Litigation department.
- Managing a small caseload of files, supervised by senior management.
- Other Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Candidate:

- 3+ years' prior experience as a Legal Executive or similar.
- Experience of managing competing priorities.
- Team focus and willingness and flexibility to work with others.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality at all times.
