We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to upholding these principles daily. Are you interested in joining our team to safeguard AWS customers and their data from potential threats? We are currently in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager for AWS Trust & Safety.

In this position, you will coordinate software delivery efforts between trust and safety professionals protecting AWS cloud from abuse, and software development teams building supporting tools and automation. You will work to understand how AWS services are abused, and help disrupt these activities.

2. Work closely with internal customers to validate and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between internal customers and development teams to align priorities and deliverables.
4. Prioritize projects and tasks based on impact, urgency, and resource availability, ensuring the most critical needs are addressed first.
5. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Utilize program management methodologies to streamline processes and manage dependencies to improve efficiency.
6. Prepare and deliver high quality executive reviews. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams.
7. Mentor and guide other TPMs on the team, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
