Project Manager - Limerick We are currently seeking experienced and talented Site Managerto join our clients high-performing project team in Limerick. The Site Manager will oversee site operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring work is carried out safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role would suit someone with a background in all aspects of construction. Key Responsibilities Ensure client expectations are met by delivering a high-quality product while maintaining professional and positive relationships with design teams and client representatives. Uphold the highest standards in health and safety, quality, and client service, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and snag-free. Report progress accurately and promptly to your manager. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work meets the required standards with minimal rework. Plan, coordinate, and execute works to deliver the project in line with contract documentation. Maintain excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain. Resource and schedule work in line with the project construction programme. Work closely with the project Quantity Surveyor, advising on any potential issues. Candidate Requirements Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project delivery. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Project, or similar scheduling software. Strong ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Excellent attention to detail with a proven track record of delivering projects on time. Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. Self-starter with sound judgement and the ability to perform under pressure. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Commercially aware with a good understanding of market conditions and competitors. Send your CV to for more information.
