Overview ACCPRO are delighted to partner with one of their top clients in a very exciting industry to recruit for an Interim HR Director . The role will oversee the HR function, manage a small team and report to the MD.
Daily Rate / FTC / Immediate start / location : North Dublin / Onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities Oversee the HR function
Manage a small HR team
Report to the Managing Director
Requirements Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a multi-national organisation.
Strong regional / country HR experience, including application of employment legislation, HR processes
Proven experience of HR systems, including implementation/integration
Multi-site, manufacturing blue collar workforce, large scale recruitment
Strong industrial relations, employee relations and TUPE expertise
Highly organised and competent at strategic planning.
Leadership capabilities to design and implement a people agenda based on an employee centric culture while demonstrating financial acumen and commercial focus
