Right now, we’re looking for a Head of Employee Benefits to lead our growing team in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our Employee Benefits division at a time of accelerated growth and innovation.
How You'll Make An Impact As Head of Employee Benefits , you’ll be responsible for:
Leading and developing a high-performing team of compensation and benefits professionals.
Driving collaboration across departments to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Conducting market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive offerings for our clients.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets through tailored, client-focused strategies.
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to support retention and growth.
Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and new business generation.
Ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Providing regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team on performance, pipeline, and market trends.
About You 10+ years’ experience in the Employee Benefits sector.
QFA qualification and CIP in Health Insurance & Associated Insurances (CIP-05) – essential.
Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions in a dynamic environment.
Deep knowledge of the Irish employee benefits landscape, including legislation and market trends.
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of business development success.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
