You will be a detail oriented and an organised administrator responsible for managing the end-to-end administration of procurement contracts. In this role, you are supporting both the procurement and legal teams by ensuring contracts are properly tracked, maintained and governed in alignment with internal policies and external regulations. You will be strong in contract administration skills, a solid understanding of procurement processes and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external suppliers. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various skillsets. Maintain a central, accessible repository for all contract templates and key documents. Lead a contract amnesty to collect and store all GNFR ensuring accurate records and stakeholder updates. Ensure proper version control and recordkeeping for all new contracts. Set up systems to track contract milestones, expirations and renewals for timely follow-up. Notify procurement and contract owners of upcoming renewals to support sourcing plans. Act as a liaison between procurement, legal, business units and suppliers. Advise stakeholders on contract procedures, templates and terms. Support the improvement of contract management processes, data and tools. Assist in evaluating and transitioning to a new contract database if required. Requirements Experience in contract administration, procurement or legal operations. Familiar with contract management systems. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder coordination. Able to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Strong administration skills and self-motivated, results-driven mindset. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the procurement team.
