Job Title: Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist (French Speaker) Location: Dublin City Centre Working Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Salary: OTE €60K plus benefits including healthcare Benefits: Our client is expanding its digital marketing operations across Europe and is seeking a Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist (French Speaker) to help drive the rollout of an innovative advertising solution. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-growing digital media environment, supporting businesses as they launch and scale their advertising activity. You'll play a key role in helping new partners define their marketing strategy, optimise their campaigns, and achieve measurable results. Your role Identify and engage new business partners across French-speaking markets. Deliver tailored product pitches and marketing solutions aligned with client goals. Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign optimisation. Build and maintain long-term client relationships as the main point of contact. Understand client objectives and develop actionable strategies to meet them. Work towards set KPIs and quarterly revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and best practices. Skills & Experience 1+ year in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales or account management preferred). Strong knowledge of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CPM, ROAS). Analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability. Confident in educating clients on campaign setup and performance optimisation. Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Tech-savvy, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience achieving KPIs or quarterly targets. Should this position be of interest to you please email .
