Customer Success Manager

I am looking to speak with fluent German speaking Customer Success professionals looking for opportunities in the Tech / SaaS space.
Summary
We're looking for experienced Customer Success professionals to help our customers realise and improve the value of their subscriptions and services for a company that offers database functionalities and search capabilities that help businesses transform their industries by harnessing the power of data.
You will be responsible for establishing relationships and becoming a trusted advisor and “go-to” person for best practices, and to help remove roadblocks or challenges for customers. You will bring value to every interaction - from onboarding and product adoption to growth. This role will report to the Regional Manager.
Your every day...
1. Build meaningful and strategic relationships with customers across various stakeholders, working closely with other partners.
2. Lead customer and project onboarding experience, validating and identifying customer needs, potential challenges, and key project timelines to ensure we’re meeting expectations.
3. Promote and encourage the implementation of paid features across your assigned customer portfolio.
4. Proactively and early identify and mitigate the risk of churn.
5. Ensure high customer satisfaction and reference ability.
6. Help to develop and implement standard methodologies, processes, and tools to continually improve the Customer Success Program.
What you need...
1. Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher).
2. Customer Success OR Account Management experience working preferably within SaaS.
3. Prior exposure to database, cloud and infrastructure technology is a plus.
4. High levels of organisation in your workflows - you understand what it means to be responsible for a strategic customer portfolio and to prioritize your time across all of your customers.
5. A passion for partnership and collaboration You’ll be working with multiple teams regularly (Sales, Marketing, Support, Product, Professional Services).
6. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and business stakeholders, both internally and externally.
7. Eligibility to work in Ireland (EU Passport, Permanent Residence/Stamp 4, etc.).
