This role sits within the Group IT function and involves close collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors across multiple business units.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects in line with established project management frameworks and ensuring that best practices in governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication are followed throughout the life cycle of each initiative.This role is a 2 year fixed term contract with the opportunity to be made permanent. This is is a hybrid position and you will be required to be on site 2 to 3 days per week in Dublin city centre.### Key Responsibilities* Deliver multiple IT projects, primarily using PRINCE2 and occasionally Agile methodologies* Support the management and reporting of the overall IT project portfolio* Define project scope, time lines, budgets, and resource requirements* Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery* Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, status reports, and RAID logs* Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies* Facilitate meetings and Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand-ups, sprint planning) as required* Ensure compliance with change management and quality assurance processes* Engage with stakeholders across all levels to ensure clear communication and alignment* Provide input into continuous improvement of project delivery standards**Requirements**:* 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager- Minimum* Strong working knowledge of O365 suite, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office#
