Senior Facilities Manager (Hybrid) - Leopardstown, Dublin Excel Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading facilities management provider to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager (Hybrid) to be based in Leopardstown, Dublin on a permanent and hybrid basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on hard services delivery within a truly innovative, high-profile workplace that champions collaboration, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology. Offering a salary of up to €75,000 + 10% bonus, along with a competitive benefits package, this permanent role will see you managing technical services across a large corporate campus and satellite sites, ensuring exceptional standards, compliance, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities for Senior Facilities Manager (Hybrid) Oversee the management of technical services and multiple sites, collaborating with soft services and event teams across Ireland. Lead technical teams and subcontractors to ensure top-quality service delivery while maintaining health, safety, and sustainability compliance. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients, ensuring all services meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and client satisfaction. Support growth by recommending and implementing additional services where beneficial. Ensure contract delivery aligns with financial, legal, and operational objectives, optimising cost-effectiveness and profitability. Represent the company as a trusted leader and ambassador, promoting best practice and upholding corporate values. Requirements for Senior Facilities Manager (Hybrid) Significant experience managing hard services within an outsourced, integrated facilities management setting. Strong leadership background with proven ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple sites. Excellent communication, client relationship management, and organisational skills. Commercially aware with a track record of delivering cost-effective, high-quality services. IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (preferred). Familiarity with FM systems and reporting tools (an advantage).
