Online Sales Assistant Position: Online Sales Assistant Location: Dundalk Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am 6:00pm About the Role: Toolfix Dundalk is looking for a highly organised and computer-savvy Online Sales Assistant to join our busy team. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills. Key Responsibilities: Work on the backend of our website to manage products and process orders Generate and print invoices, delivery labels, and pick lists using Excel Pick and prepare products for dispatch Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with internal teams via Outlook and other Microsoft programs Maintain excellent attention to detail at all times Requirements: Strong computer skills essential (Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite) Experience working on website backends (preferred but not essential training provided) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or administrative roles an advantage Additional Information: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dundalk Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (no weekend work) Applicants must provide details of their highest level of education and results achieved If you are highly organised, computer literate, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you Full Training Provided Only Candidates who have completed the Job application will be considered.
