We are seeking a Clinical Specialist Radiographers across MRI, CT, Cath Lab, and Nuclear Medicine to join our dynamic team, providing specialist care in the delivery of safe and accurate radiography services for a leading private hospital based in Dublin. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in patient care and driving innovation and quality in clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a team of Radiographers in specific modalities in clinical service delivery across MRI, CT, Cath Lab, or Nuclear Medicine.
- Ensure the highest safety and accuracy standards in radiography processes, including radiation protection and equipment management.
- Foster a culture of continuous professional development, offering training and mentorship to team members and students.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of departmental protocols and policies.
- Deputise for the Radiology Service Managers as required and contribute to strategic service improvement initiatives.
- Uphold and promote compliance with relevant health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

- Registration with the Radiographers Division of the Radiographers Register (CORU).
- At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in your specific modality.
- Demonstrated expertise in leadership, clinical excellence, and professional development.
