Bill Sheehan & Sons is ideally located in Terenure village, just 10 minutes from Junction 11 M50. We are a family business that started over 65 years ago in Rathgar. We are main Mitsubishi and Opel Franchised dealership and offer the full range of Mitsubishi and Opel vehicles as well as the most up to date service and parts facilities. We are now recruiting for a service advisor to join our team. Main responsibilities: Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and assess their service needs. Book vehicles in for service and repair using dealership software. Provide accurate estimates for work and agree on timelines and costs with customers. Liaise with technicians to monitor vehicle progress and ensure timely updates to customers. Advise customers on additional repairs and provide explanations for work required. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with a solutions-focused approach. Manage job cards and ensure accurate records of work are maintained. Promote aftersales products and services where appropriate. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Key Competencies Minimum of three years in aftersales and motor industry. Prior experience with Opel would be a distinct advantage Be fluent in verbal and written English. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy aftersales environment Full Clean Driving Licence.
