Job description: We are on the lookout for a skilled Receptionist/FOH professional to join our Dublin team on a permanent basis. The role involves shift work within the core reception hours of 08:00 18:00, from Monday to Friday. Required profile: In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient direction within our premises. You'll be responsible for managing the reception area, providing updates to waiting visitors, escorting guests to meeting rooms, and handling their belongings as needed. Additionally, you'll offer refreshments, manage catering for meetings, and maintain a proactive approach to enquiries and requests through various communication channels. Your role extends to managing the meeting room suite, setting up and breaking down meeting setups, developing client knowledge, and maintaining building facility awareness. You'll also assist with registration desks for functions and support client meetings and events outside traditional working hours. What we offer: Teamwork is crucial; you'll communicate effectively with your peers, management, and the Client Coordination Team, supporting the training of new team members. Personal presentation is key, adhering to guidelines and discussing any training needs with your manager. The working environment demands maintaining a presentable area, managing stock levels, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared to specification. You'll provide first-line AV support, ensure presentability of responsibility areas, and monitor stationery supplies. Adherence to the firms policies and procedures is mandatory, including security, safety, and confidentiality protocols. You'll use various systems for visitor registration and room bookings, ensuring seamless operations and comprehensive handovers between shifts.
