FULL TIME & PERMANENT - IMMEDIATE START - OCTOBER 2025
Located on Harcourt Street, this central Dublin hotel was originally eight beautiful listed Georgian buildings which have since been combined and renovated to form a stylish hotel with over 100 bedrooms, a bar, nightclub and restaurant. One of Ireland's literary greats, George Bernard Shaw, once lived in one of the original townhouses and his works have inspired the names given to the Boardrooms in the Harcourt Hotel.
We are currently seeking an experienced Full-time NIGHT SUPERVISOR to join our team. The Night Supervisor role is hands-on and requires leading a team of night porters on a busy site, handling nightly tasks, setting up functions and meeting rooms, ensuring the safety/security of the premises and guests, and completing the night audit function at the hotel.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, strong leadership, fluent English, and a very high standard of personal presentation.
Shifts: 11.00pm - 7.30am
4/5 days per week – including weekends
This position is for an immediate start. Work trials available.

Responsibilities Lead a team of night porters on a busy site and manage nightly tasks
Set up functions and meeting rooms as required
Ensure safety and security of premises and guests
Complete the night audit function at the hotel
Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel environment as a Night Supervisor, Senior Porter or similar is essential
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service and leadership skills
Fluent English with a high standard of personal presentation
A full driving licence would be beneficial
