This role is pivotal in driving our strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful acquisition of high-value contracts in the offshore sector.**Location: Remote from one of our main offices with travel required approx. 20%.****(Please note we are unable to provide visa support for this position)****How you'll make an impact:*** Take the lead and ownership for the assigned tenders. Prepare and ensure on-time and complete technical and commercial tender submittal to the customer and lead the technical and commercial negotiations with customers.* Identify potential risks in the bids, quotations and estimates, and in any related contract agreements. Conduct risk reviews with the help of interdisciplinary supporting team consisting of engineering, project management, legal, commercial and supply chain management.* Collect and collate all information needed to prepare the proposal, including both technical and cost elements.* Identify potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and technically and commercially evaluate supplier offers. Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to coordinate requests to subcontractors. Take responsibility for the integration of supplier offers risk evaluation and completeness of tender in multi-national, and multi-discipline setups.* Collect and archive documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken during the development process.
