The role will service our customers across Leinster. Hours - 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday. Full Clean B Licence.
Responsibilities Delivery of bulk 19ltr water, coolers and consumables to a varied range of clients
Responsible for accurate and timely completion of all scheduled activities to support delivery of our field operations targets
As the face of Culligan, on customer sites, provide excellent customer service while undertaking scheduled activities to support delivery of customer satisfaction targets
Work closely with scheduling, operational management and support teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of activity SLAs
Accurately and timely update relevant systems (e.g., epod or handheld platform) with key information to record outcomes of scheduled activities and track mandatory KPIs
Qualifications Essential:
Valid driving B license
Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas
Ability to work to a tight schedule
Demonstrate ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
A proven track record of providing strong customer service and consistently achieving targets
Demonstrate oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate ability to work independently or as part of a team
Desirable:
Multi Drop Experience
FLT (not essential)
This role requires an element of heavy lifting, supported by manual handling training
