Overview ERP Readiness Administrator - Galway at EZ Living Furniture. EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, with a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 350 people. This is a 6-12 month fixed-term contract based in Galway city.
Responsibilities Assist in the smooth transition of stock holdings to a new ERP system.
Conduct stock takes in warehouse and store environments.
Assist in the creation of company-wide processes.
Assist with accurate and timely recording and reporting of stock holdings to the senior leadership team.
Liaise regularly with the ERP Readiness Project Manager to achieve project targets.
Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or administration is essential.
Administrative experience.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain operations is desirable.
