Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role. Preferred qualifications: Experience in managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing. Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and objection handling and knowledge of key competitors in the on-line marketing landscape. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents. Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership. Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and develop recommendations and action plans. Ability to communicate in Swedish or Dutch fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google. Responsibilities Own a portfolio of large businesses across Northern Europe (NE), EMEA and Global, by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement. Grow advertising cross-channel business through clear, data-driven and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives. Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals. Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop solid plans and prepare compelling narratives to drive growth. Manage stakeholder relationships, including the end customer and agencies, confidently engaging in selling activities and the development of Statement of Work (SoW) agreements. Collaborate and consult with agencies to extend relationships, drive customer growth, and optimize their advertising performance.
