This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced driver who values routine, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will enjoy a structured Monday to Friday schedule with regular hours from 08:30 to 17:30. Flexibility to start earlier or finish later may be required from time to time no weekend work is expected. This role will suit a driver who thrives on the simplicity of A to B deliveries, with minimal loading or unloading involved. Working as part of a small, dedicated logistics team, the driver will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient daily delivery operations, ensuring goods are transported safely and on time across various client sites around Ireland. All vehicles are kept in excellent condition. Responsibilities: Operate a rigid truck for daily deliveries between designated locations Conduct A to B deliveries with a focus on punctuality and customer service Ensure all goods are delivered in accordance with company and client expectations Adhere to all road safety, legal, and compliance standards Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs promptly Complete delivery documentation accurately and in a timely manner Communicate effectively with dispatch and the wider logistics team Demonstrate flexibility with occasional early starts or late finishes as needed Requirements: Valid C licence and up-to-date CPC certification Digital tachograph card Minimum 1 year of rigid driving experience, ideally within Ireland or the UK Strong knowledge of the Irish road network and traffic regulations Excellent time management and reliability Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure Flexible attitude towards working hours (no weekends required) This position offers long-term stability, a professional working environment, and a consistent routine.
