Carpenter

Overview MMD Fit Out Division are currently recruiting a full-time carpenter to join their experienced team in the manufacture of bespoke furniture and fittings. The chosen candidate must be capable of a high standard of finishing which meets the company’s expectations. This is an excellent position and full of potential for the right individual to assist in the continued growth of a successful company.

Requirements Immediately start
Able to read and interpreting cutting lists
Capable of selecting and preparing appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task
Experience in assembling and fitting cabinets in workshop and on-site
Able to organise deliveries and fittings to ensure that each project is completed on time
Capable of stock taking
The right candidate must have a professional and polite manner when dealing with customers
Must have minimum 5 years relevant experience
Full driving licence
Your own transport to get to work
Be familiar with panel saws, edge banders, etc….
Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship.
