Our client is an expanding residential developer who are due to commence works on a 20+ Storey residential tower in South Dublin. They are now in the market for Site Engineer & Senior Engineer with groundworks & RC/Concrete frame experience.

Responsibilities

1. Review design drawings and raise RFI's as required.
2. Attend Design Team Meetings, review of design documents, close out any design issues.
3. Communicate content of approved technical submittals to trade and finishing team.
4. Management and coordination of subcontractors and service providers to ensure testing and commissioning timelines are met.
5. Ensure works are executed in compliance with Building Regulations, design documents and all applicable standards.
6. Ensure Quality assurance policies are followed and take the lead on technical submittals/ benchmarks / inspection management.
7. Ensuring BCAR compliance.
8. Coordination of site drawings, ensuring site records and quality assurance documentation are updated and maintained.
9. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to deliver the desired outputs—on time and on budget, with high attention to quality and detail.
10. Liaise with third-party stakeholders including Irish Water, ESB and local authorities.
11. Chairing site and construction team meetings.
