Three Ireland is looking for a results-oriented Retail Performance and Development Specialistto join our dynamic team. This critical role will be at the forefront of upskilling our retail colleagues, ensuring they have the expertise to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in our stores across Ireland. What else it involves

●Elevate In-Store Knowledge & Skills:

○Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for retail staff on Three Ireland's systems, tools, and operational procedures.

○Guide and coach colleagues on effectively navigating the customer journey, ensuring a seamless, positive, and engaging experience for every customer.

○Provide in-depth training on all Three Ireland products and services, including mobile plans, broadband solutions, devices (handsets, accessories), and value-added services.

○Equip retail teams with advanced sales techniques, focusing on how to expertly position our products and services to meet customer needs and overcome objections in a sales conversation.

○Identify and address training gaps proactively for both new and existing employees, developing tailored solutions and refreshers to enhance their performance and confidence.

●Drive Sales & Business Growth:

○Take direct responsibility for achieving business and consumer sales and upgrade targets across the retail channel.

○Work collaboratively with store teams to identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to maximise revenue and customer upgrades.

○Contribute to ensuring that the retail channel consistently generates a healthy return on investment for Three Ireland.

●Build Strong Relationships:

○Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including our valued franchise partners, retail partners, and internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

○Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for all training and sales support within your assigned retail locations.

●Customer Experience:

○Be a passionate advocate for delivering an exceptional and engaging customer experience throughout the entire Three Ireland retail channel.

○Monitor customer feedback and insights to continuously refine training approaches and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills & experience we're looking for

●Proven experience (X+ years) in a similar role within a fast-paced retail sales or training environment, ideally within the telecommunications sector.

●A strong, demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business performance.

●In-depth understanding of retail operations, customer service and sales methodologies.

●Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and motivate diverse audiences.

●Ability to translate complex product and system information into clear, digestible, and actionable training content.

●Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

●A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

●Proficiency in using retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and CRM tools.

●Flexibility to travel regularly to various Three Ireland retail locations across Ireland.

Desirable (but not essential):

●Formal qualification in training, adult education, or a related field.

●Experience in developing and implementing new training programs.
