Be You, Be Kind, Be Proud The main responsibilities of this post are as follows; Answer telephone calls (up to 100 calls per day) Match healthcare workers availability to our clients requirements Action client e-mails Generate reports. Every call is different, and it will be down to you to help our customers at every stage of their individual journey with Cpl Healthcare. Shift pattern 5 Days per Week over 7 Days i.e., 5 Days Monday to Sunday as required by Roster. Shift work between the hours of 7:00am 9:30pm. Bank Holiday cover is also required. Experience working in a Healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential, candidates must; 1. Possess excellent communicative skills. 2. Work well as part of a large nationwide team. 3. Maintain a high standard of attention to detail. 4. Be IT literate. 5. Have the ability to multitask and prioritise while meeting strict deadlines. 6. Exude a professional courtesy to all Cpl Healthcares clients and candidates. 7. Commit to a roster incorporating the shift pattern outlined above.
