Location: Dublin
Roofing & Cladding Contractor
Salary €90K – €105K DOE
Our client is a leading Roofing & Cladding Contractor working on large scale Commercial Projects. They are looking to hire a Senior Contracts Manager to manage Contracts and clients in the Dublin area. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in roofing and cladding systems, along with proven leadership in fast-paced site environments.

What you have to do
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of roofing and cladding packages
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and safety compliance
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain good working relationships
- Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and installation standards on Projects
- Ensure Company Health & Safety policies are adhered to
What you need to have
- Proven experience as a Project/Contracts Manager in construction, roofing/cladding experience essential
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical or industrial build environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Health and safety focus
