Job Title: Reporting Analyst
Location: Ireland, Dublin
The role:
The Investigator Payments Group (IPG) is the investigator payments function for ICON Clinical Research. The department role is to ensure timely, accurate and efficient execution of investigator payments & to ensure all payments are carried out in accordance with ICON policies and procedures.
The Analyst role is to:
- Support reporting requirements ensuring compliance with any Healthcare reporting legislation.
- Support operational reporting for IPG team.
Role responsibilities include:
- Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
- Complete reports and tracking in a timely and consistent manner with concise, accurate information in various systems and tracking tools.
- Ensure proper documentation and record tracking of meetings, decisions, interventions and escalations.
- Liaise with customers to determine report requirements.
- Interrogate & analyze data and prepare relevant metrics. Accurate analysis with limited supervision is expected.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, where necessary.
- Become proficient in systems, tools and ICON’s applications to efficiently and accurately analyze data.
- Perform other reasonably related duties, analysis and special projects as assigned by management team.
- As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
Experience:
- Prior relevant experience related to data analysis and production of reports is essential.
- Demonstrate a logical approach to analysis with a questioning attitude.
- Numerate with some financial understanding.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office package.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential (Pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
- Excellent communication (written and oral), organizational and customer service skills are essential.
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
