Food R&D Technologist

Food R&D Technologist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our West Cork based Client. A rapidly growing award-winning food company requires a Food R&D Technologist in West Cork region. The successful candidate will be creative and Innovative and work on New Product Development. The successful candidate will have experience leading food research projects THE ROLE: * The role will support the Innovation Manager and assist in product development, production scale-up, and daily execution of R&D-related lab activities. * Evaluates current and alternative food ingredients, creates product recipes and conducts sensory evaluation of new food products to ensure to meet customer needs and requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Food Science * Have 2 - 3 years of experience leading research projects.
