At Osborne, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Executive on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within the healthcare sector. This role would suit a highly skilled accounts payable executive or experienced accounts payable specialists seeking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will assist the accounts payable manager to ensure the organisation's accounts payable function is organised, efficient, and produces accurate data.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: €38,000 - €42,000 (DOE)
Hours: 35 p/w (Flexible)
Location: Dublin 4

Responsibilities:
Matching Purchase Orders with Supplier Invoices
Coding and Posting invoices to the creditors ledger
Approval of intercompany invoices
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and intercompany accounts (100+)
Month end close of creditors ledger within strict deadlines
Preparation of vat returns
Maintaining fixed asset register
Following up on supplier queries via phone/email
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in accounts payable or similar.
Understand all aspects of accounts payable function and payment targets
Ability to prioritise tasks so suppliers are paid accurately and on time
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Must be computer literate and have strong MS Office skills particularly Excel
Previous experience in the healthcare industry (desirable)
