Credit Control – Temporary (2 Months, Dublin 9/ Dublin 11)
Osborne Recruitment is delighted to be assisting our client, a well-established organisation based in Dublin 9/Dublin 11, in recruiting a Credit Control professional to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to gain exposure in a busy, fast-paced environment, covering a period of leave on a rolling week-to-week contract.
Location: Dublin 9
Type: Temporary (2-Month Contract, Week-to-Week Basis)
Hourly Rate: €18–€20 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage outstanding arrears from clients and customers, ensuring timely and professional debt recovery.
Ensure all self-paying customers adhere to company payment policies through effective communication via calls, emails, and text reminders.
Handle claims and general account enquiries, providing clear and professional explanations of statements, invoices, and receipts.
Process and allocate payments (card, online, EFT) and prepare monthly refunds accurately.
Support cross-border accounts, ensuring correct scheduling and payment allocation.
Respond to billing and payment queries, including insurance or third-party verifications where required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Credit Control.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-volume environment.
Familiarity with GDPR and data confidentiality is an advantage.
