Job Summary: Manage and maintain HVAC – Cooling Towers and Mechanical systems on site.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Skills Required: Qualifications: Mechanical trade or Level 6 trade certificate in Mechanical/Electrical field.
At least 4-6+ years of HVAC experience in maintenance, engineering, utilities, or facilities environment.
Cooling Tower experience within similar environments.
Knowledge of maintenance management tools and techniques.
Experience working in a multi-skilled team environment.
Duties: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on site cooling towers.
Carry out HVAC installation projects, refurbish existing HVAC plant, and perform general HVAC maintenance on air handling/conditioning systems.
Conduct emergency HVAC repairs individually and as part of a team.
Liaise with engineering functions and client organization to complete maintenance works, review energy efficiency plans, and maintain records of materials, orders, and purchases.
Test, balance, and perform instrument and controls activities on AHU and ventilation plants.
Ensure all works meet site KPIs and quality standards set in the client contract.
Ensure HVAC systems are fully operational and proactively address potential issues.
Maintain appropriate levels of spare parts on site.
