Exciting opportunity to join this new franchise opening in Dublin as General Manager . This would suit a bold and passionate restaurant manager with experience of leading fast-paced restaurants.

What You'll Do:

- Run day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring top-notch service and food quality
- Hire, train and coach a high-performing team by leading with positivity and recognition
- Respond to customer needs while setting the standard for excellent service
- Maximize profitability by hitting key performance targets and controlling costs
- Foster a positive team culture of accountability, fun and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant management role, brand / chain experience an advantage
- Hands-on leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- A natural motivator who leads by example and builds strong teams
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering great guest experiences every time
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence
