Role Purpose
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Motion team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you’ll work across key projects related to CarsIreland,Carzone, andCartell, collaborating closely with Product and Development teams.
You’ll play a vital role in executing and enhancing our Test Strategy, contributing to a wide range of testing activities including automated testing,user acceptance testing (UAT),stress testing,functional, andregression testing.

Key Responsibilities
The B2B Opportunity
- Lead testing efforts within a cross-functional team, helping to refine and improve user journeys for trade users, including car dealers nationwide.
- Drive quality assurance in projects focused on building a unified platform architecture across CarsIreland, Carzone, and Cartell – supporting a broader ecosystem used by dealers, insurers, and other stakeholders across the country.
The B2C Opportunity
- Lead testing within a cross-functional team to enhance consumer user journeys across all three brands, supporting users looking to buy, sell, or perform vehicle history checks.
- Oversee QA across a variety of projects, including improvements to the private portal experience and enhancements to brand websites and mobile apps.
Day-to-Day
- Join the Product team to support the delivery of strategic initiatives and operational goals, with a balanced focus on both long-term projects and day-to-day priorities.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing testing strategies and quality metrics across the group, reporting to the Group Head of Product to define and track success measures that drive informed, data-led decisions.

Skills, Experience and Personal Attributes
- Proven experience in automated, functional, and regression testing.
- Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail to help deliver high-quality digital experiences for both B2B and B2C customers.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, and a proactive approach to taking ownership of QA responsibilities.
- Proactive Problem-Solver– takes initiative to identify issues early and suggest practical, effective solutions to improve product quality and user experience.
- Detail-Oriented– Maintains a sharp eye for detail when reviewing user journeys, writing test cases, or identifying bugs ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
