Some of your responsibilities: ? Lead through demonstration, this is a high profile client facing role and as such you will need a proven ability to engage clients, and demonstrate high levels of sales acumen, while coaching your team to raise the bar. ? Lead a high performing team focused on supporting and scaling Strategic Digital Marketing agencies and their advertisers. ? Identify strategic areas of opportunity to drive increased productivity and success ? Customer and client stakeholder management ? Develop, coach and manage your team to ensure operational excellence. ? Identification of top talent and hiring in the interview process to build out and maintain the highest team standards. ? The ability to motivate and inspire your team by leading by example in a goal and results orientated way ? Provides leadership, support and development to members of the team, building on the strengths of the team members. ? Proven experience working with or at Digital Marketing Agencies with a strong understanding of the agency landscape within digital marketing ? +5 years as a Sales Manager/Team Lead or in similar role, with a successful track record of building and managing strong teams and large Agency/Advertisers ? An artful relationship builder with an ability to nurture & drive mutually beneficial outcomes with both clients & internal stakeholders.
