As we continue our journey toward becoming Irelands most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our Supervalu Sales team as a Fresh Food Advisor. The purpose of this role is to support and implement the Supervalu rejuvenation project. Working closely with Retailers, Regional Managers and Working closely with Retailers, Regional Managers and other internal teams What you'll be doing: Review and Define the most efficient operational frameworks for all new and existing counters and hallmarks. Use the frameworks to deliver the best customer experience and embed an efficient way of working that enables the standard to be delivered in store constantly. Will support the design and implementation of the people plan in Knocklyon Will call it operationally if the to be standard is not workable and will work with the cross functional team on identifying optimal solutions Update and replace existing SOPs as required Utilise the FFA and MOPI expertise to support as required Support trials of Meals to ensure all best practice operational learnings are captured from trial and implemented in Knocklyon Support launch of Knocklyon and appropriate stores as we launch various initiatives. Review operations plan following launch to optimize before releasing to the wider estate. What we'er looking for: Third Level Qualification preferable Minimum of 2-3 years experience in retail Strong influencing skills coupled with minimum 3 years experience in managing others Food preparation / food service experience will be an advantage, ideally in high volume or industrial catering environment A proven ability to engage stakeholders and and creating buy-in for projects that deliver profitable sales and enhance the offering to consumers Strong IT skills including an excellent knowledge and practical experience of MS Office programs. Excellent presentation and communication and people skills.
