We are hiring for our client, an international law firm with a global presence and a focus on providing innovative legal solutions in the technology and digital world. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Practice Executive to join their expanding team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior partners, associates, and a dedicated team to support the Employment Practice.

The Role:

- Diary Management & Travel: Organise and manage schedules, arrange travel, and coordinate logistics for the practice.

- Marketing & Business Development: Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and business development initiatives.

- Client & Matter Management: Manage client and case-related documentation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

- Practice Administration/Management: Provide general administrative support to the practice team, ensuring timely and accurate management of day-to-day operations.

The Person:

- Proven experience in a similar administrative or executive support role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.

- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proactive, solution-driven approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
