Role Title: B2B Marketing Specialist Role Location: Abbey Street Company: Vhi Group Services A full-time and permanent position has arisen within Vhi for a B2B Marketing Specialist Work as part of the B2B Marketing Team with three key objectives: Support the Brand & Marketing Team in continuing to grow Vhis corporate brand Help the organisation to deliver on key corporate commercial goals Drive engagement amongst corporate groups with their benefits & services Benefits: Hybrid working opportunities Health Insurance Performance related pay Company pension And many more Role Purpose Work as part of a cross functional Corporate Business Group (which includes areas such as Strategy, Proposition, Sales and Wellness) to deliver on the B2B Market Strategy by developing marketing campaigns and collateral to support our objectives Using research findings, market trends and customer feedback, develop B2B communications suitable for different demographics to position Vhi as a market leader and drive engagement with our propositions Work with external partners including creative agencies, activation agencies, event partners, etc. to develop and deliver marketing collateral, campaigns and events in line with our overall plan Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of successful corporate events Collaborate with the wellness team to provide marketing support and drive promotional initiatives Collaborate with the wider Brand & Marketing Team on integrated marketing and communications plans so to ensure alignment across different customer groups and touchpoints Be a brand guardian; ensure consistency and alignment with brand values across all communications and interactions Education & Experience Must have: 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline (minimum degree level) 3 years of Marketing (ideally B2B) experience in a similar role Advantages Experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Professional Services Experience working with complex products eg. financial A good understanding of Corporate Ireland Experience working for a large organisation Note: This role profile does not set out to capture every task to be carried out by the role holder but instead provide an overview of the main responsibilities of the job.
