As An Aviation Project Manager at Arup, You Will
Assist with the day-to-day project management of aviation projects – obtaining specialist input from discipline specialists as required.
Work with and inputting to multi-discipline design and delivery teams across a broad range of projects for our aviation clients.
Participation, tracking and managing actions in live operational projects on site with the Arup Aviation team for our airport clients.
Maintain regular and clear communication with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.

We're looking for graduates who are:
Working towards Engineering, Project Management, Urban Planning, Sustainability, Aviation management or a related degree qualification.
Self-motivated with a keen interest in the aviation industry.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Collaboration while working in a team and independence while working individually
Self-Motivated, not afraid to ask questions
A continuous improvement mindset, willing to learn and seek feedback
Ability to cope with tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
Knowledge of basic project management: project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
Thinking outside the box through problem solving and application of critical thinking to aviation projects
Ability to summarise information and analyse datasets
Experience with Microsoft 365 including Excel
Additional experience with PowerBI, Tableau, AutoCAD, Power Automate, and knowledge of basic coding language (C++, C#, or SQL) is also beneficial but not required.
