Our PE-backed client requires a hands-on, ambitious and dynamic Finance Director to join their team. Working alongside the CEO, this standalone role offers variety in remit and unrivaled access to commercial decision making in order to successfully scale the business.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for end to end finance function
- Management and development of all statutory operational and financial KPIs
- Attendance and presentation of financial information to CEO and Board
- Overseeing treasury, cash & debtor management
- Providing strategic input into the future direction of the business and developing a growth plan to reflect these ambitions
- Managing external relationships (investors, insurers, auditors, legal and taxation)
- Lead on budgeting, planning and forecasting processes

Requirements

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with significant PQE at a senior level (FM/FC/FD/HoF/CFO or equivalent)
- Demonstrated history of growing a business commercially in a private equity environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written) with ability to negotiate and influence at a senior level
- Enjoys a hands-on role where you are involved in many elements associated with joining a growing business
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment
