We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.
What You’ll Do as Chef de Partie:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to delight our guests.

Assist in crafting innovative menus using seasonal ingredients.

Support and mentor junior kitchen team members.

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Work collaboratively to manage inventory and minimise waste.

What We’re Looking For in a Chef de Partie:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.

A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.

Ability to perform under pressure in a high-energy kitchen.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Passion for creating outstanding dishes and memorable guest experiences.
